We obtain written authorization from the parent or guardian before using their name, their child’s name, image, words, or any identifying information in our marketing materials, as required by HIPAA. We do not display photographs or identifying details of children in marketing materials without specific written parental authorization.
We may display reviews that parents have voluntarily posted on public platforms such as Google or Yelp. We do not respond to online reviews in any way that discloses protected health information about any patient.

California “Shine the Light” Disclosure
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Children’s Dentistry does not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting that signals to websites you do not want to be tracked.
